Tube Inserts

Heat Exchanger Solutions supply a range of nylon tube inserts designed to overcome the problems of cavitation and turbulence most evident on tube plates and in the first few centimetres of condensor and cooler tube banks. Inserts are intended as a method of extending the bundle life.

The inserts can be used up to 150 Deg. C.

Inserts are manufactured to be a press fit in the standard internal tube dimension and to facilitate this a special fitting tool can be supplied.
